How to refer a client

How to refer a client to us

To refer a client to us, follow the three steps below:

  1. Check that the client is eligible for the SEE program.
  2. Complete the referral using the ESS.
  3. Book an initial appointment for the client by calling 02 9707 0291.
  4. Provide the client with the Navitas English SEE program Referral Appointment Form.

Referral using the ESS

  1. Go into the job seeker’s record.
  2. Select the ‘Activities’ Menu.
  3. Select ‘Activity Details’.
  4. Enter the Activity ID number in the ‘Quick find search’.
  5. Click ‘Go’.
  6. Click on ‘Add activity placement’. The JSID and Activity ID should be showing. If not, put in the relevant details.
  7. Click ‘Display’.
  8. ‘Expected Start Date’: enter the date you are starting the referral.
  9. ‘Expected End Date’: enter a date 12 months in the future.
  10. ‘Placement Status’: choose ‘Expected to Start’.
  11. ‘Placement Type’: select one of the following: Inten. Act. / Other / WE Phase.
  12. Click ‘Submit’ and then click ‘OK’ to save.
