The Home Tutor Scheme suits students who want to learn English face-to-face but are not always able to attend one of our colleges.
What is the Home Tutor Scheme?
In the Home Tutor Scheme, you can learn English with the help of a trained tutor who visits your home. The tutor can also teach you in a community place such as a local library.
Why study English via the Home Tutor Scheme?
The advantage of the Home Tutor Scheme is that the tutor will help you with the areas that you need to focus on and you can work at your own pace. This is good for building your English language confidence in a familiar environment.
How does it work?
A tutor will be matched to your needs. After you have been assessed at one of our Navitas English or Consortium colleges, they will visit you in your home and help you with your English. They will also provide learning materials so you can practise in your own time and build your English language skills.
What is Blended Learning?
Blended Learning combines Home Tutor visits with up to 10 hours per week of classroom tuition and/or Distance Learning. Please contact one of our Navitas English or Consortium Colleges for further information.
